The assignment is calculated from starttime. New assignment should only be created if previous assignment is completed. In this case, the assignment button on the assignment display will become active 22 february at 08:00. The assignment is completed and signed at 10:00 A new assignment is created that will be activated 23 february at 08:00 (calculated one day from starttime).
